Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act

Are you an employer in Ontario?  If so, do you know your rights and duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act?  The Ontario Ministry of Labour has published a Guide to assist employers in ensuring they meet their obligations under the Act.

If you are an employee, the Act also outlines your rights and duties, such as your right to know about hazards to which you might be exposed, and your duty to take responsibility for personal health and safety.

We recommend all of our clients read the Guide to see how it applies to their business, or their employment.
