Hendry Warren LLP Salutes CHEO as it has been recognized for a second consecutive year as Canada’s #1 health care employer.
CHEO was also named one of the National Capital Region’s Top Employers for 2016 for the fourth year in a row, as part of an annual competition organized by MediaCorp. Canada Inc. In 2014, CHEO was named one of Canada’s 20 Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Humane Capital. Waterstone singled out CHEO’s patient experience ratings and employee/physician engagement score, which have routinely been among the highest in Ontario.
The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario – Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre (CHEO – OCTC) is the leading provider of specialized pediatric health services in Canada’s capital. The two previously separate organizations joined forces in 2016 to become one organization – stronger together for kids and families.
CHEO’s programs help over 500,000 children and youth each year in Eastern Ontario, Western Quebec, Nunavut and parts of Northern Ontario. As a world-class research centre and teaching hospital, for over 40 years CHEO has changed young lives in our community, while our innovations change young lives around the world.
The partners of Hendry Warren LLP have been active supporters of CHEO and the CHEO Foundation for many years. Dan Warren is currently a member of the Legacy Advisory Committee of the Foundation. We are blessed to have CHEO and OCTC caring for our children right here in Ottawa.
