Angel Tree for the Boys & Girls Club of Ottawa

Christmas is quickly approaching and The Boys & Girls Club of Ottawa Angel Tree Program provides a holiday gift to more than 1,200 children in the Ottawa Region, and for most of these children it will be their only gift. The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa believes every child deserves to experience the magic of the season, so they’ve launched this year's Angel Tree Initiative. Their goal is to collect 2,000 gifts by December 9th. Help us help them.

  • There is an Angel Tree in our lobby with paper angels on it
  •  Each angel either has boy or girl written on it as well as an age between 6 – 12 years of age
  • You can select an angel (or more than one if you choose) and buy a gift geared towards your selection. Alternatively, you can buy any gift and the organizer at the Club will match it to an appropriate child
  • The Club asks that the gift be valued between $20 - $40
  • Please bring the gift into the office before or on Wednesday, December 9th and place it under the tree
  • The gift should be in its original packaging and unwrapped
  • If you decide that you can no longer complete an angel please place it back on the tree or let us know
  •  If we run out of angels we can always request more!
  • If you prefer to give a cash donation or want to find out more about the program and Club please visit their website at: http://www.bgcottawa.org/angeltree
